

Studies have shown that executive coaching is a key enabler in the

We design coaching and leadership development programs that align
individual objectives with organizational goals, enhance participant
performance, and improve motivation and commitment.
A typical program includes one or more assessments, the creation of
a personal development plan, and one-on-one coaching sessions for a
period of several months.
Assessment
In this phase, we gather information both from the program
participant and those who interact with the participant on a regular
basis. The results indicate how the participant is perceived, and
identify strengths and challenge areas in their current role.
Tools used may include behavioral style, leadership style and 360o

Personal Development Plan
Using the assessment phase results, we work with the participant to
create a personal development plan that is focused on achieving
specific desired results. We also review the plan with the
participant's manager to ensure that it is consistent with the
business goals of the organization.
Ongoing Developmental Coaching
Once the development plan is finalized, we provide guidance and
feedback to keep the individual on-track and accountable. We recommend
30-minute phone calls over a period of several months for this
support.
We complete the program with a final one-hour, in-person session to
assess progress and clarify steps for continued development.
