Our team coaching engagements are tailored to the specific needs of the team and situation. Typically we facilitate a series of group sessions coupled with several one-on-one meetings with individual members to help the team work more effectively together to meet their goals. Our focus is on the team and how each individual shows up and works with the other members.

Typically we start by determining where the team is right now and where it needs to go to meet business objectives. Sometimes that means doing a team assessment, sometimes it means gathering 360 feedback on all the players. Other times we may decide to conduct talent assessments so we can better understand everyone’s strengths, motivators, and natural working styles. 

No matter which tools we use, we address both what the team needs to do differently to be more effective, and what each individual needs to do differently to be a valued, contributing member of that team. Working on both the group and individual levels is what leads to the most lasting change.
